Weekly Update
1. David Warner - 238 - Warner has refound his form in this competition and gets his first Cricketer of the Week accolade since October last year. It is also his highest score in three years of being on our List.
After months of not having anybody in the top five for the week with tied scores we have two in successive weeks....
=2. Simon Harmer - 168 - Is not producing his killer Essex numbers out in South Africa but is quietly pootling along with weekly three figure scores.
=2. Moeen Ali - 168 - Moeen saved his best scores until last but it was not to be for England. Has been the third highest points scorer of the T20 World Cup.
3. Babar Azam - 165 - It is such a shame that the team that wins the T20 World Cup will not have the best player in it. Pakistan's Azam has scored 523 points over the last 6 games and finishes third for the week.
4. Peter Handscomb - 147 - Back in the runs for Victoria (and looking a different player from the one who was such a flop at Middlesex.) Don't rule him out for a surprise Ashes call up. Moves up two places to 12th overall.
5. Dawid Malan - 114 - Much maligned throughout the T20 World Cup but ends it with a decent couple of knocks. Is not the superstar he was when he started the year but is still in ninth place overall.
Weekly Update
1. Simon Harmer - 4773 - Three weeks ago Simon Harmer was on the cusp of being overtaken by Marnus Labuschagne who was just two points behind him. Harmer's Titans form has turned that tide and the lead at the top is now back up to 246.
2. Marnus Labuschagne - 4527 - Inactive this week and unable to force his agenda for top spot.
3. Babar Azam - 439 - Started the T20 World Cup 84 points behind Joe Root in third and ends it 439 points above him. One hell of a tournament.
4. Joe Root - 3614 - “He waits… That what he does… And I tell you what; Tick followed tock followed tick followed tock followed tick…”
5. Moeen Ali - 3434 - One of the biggest beneficiaries of the T20 World Cup. Comfortably in fifth spot again but it's hard to see where more cricket is coming for him this year.
Ones to Watch
Glenn Maxwell has looked poor in this World Cup and is now down to 13th - however a score of 2 would move him up to 12th, 18 to 11th and 44 points would see him back in the top ten.
